2. Product Functions:

High-temperature amylase is a multifunctional biological enzyme product mainly used in starch processing and brewing industries. It can efficiently hydrolyze starch, convert starch into fermentable sugars, and improve the yield and quality of alcohol and alcoholic beverages. At the same time, in food processing, it can improve flour quality and enhance the fermentation performance and taste of dough. It has a positive degrading effect on starch and is widely used in the feed industry. It helps to increase the degradation rate of starch in feed and improve the absorption and utilization of starch by animals.

4.Product application fields and instruction:

4.1 When brewing beer: Add enzyme in batches of 0.3m3/t (20000U), raise the temperature to 95-97°C, and keep it for 30 minutes.

4.2 During alcohol production: Add enzyme at 0.3m3/t (20000U) at pH 6.5-7.0, stir and raise the temperature to 100±5℃, and keep it for 100 minutes.

4.3 When making starch sugar or MSG: add enzyme at 0.6m3/t (40000U), pH 6.0-6.5, and increase the temperature. to 100±5℃, if the steam (105℃) injection method is used, keep it at 95-100℃ for 30 minutes and 95℃ for 60-120 minutes.
